Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
We ship to P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses when permitted by the carrier and regional restrictions.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they leave our facility.
If your order arrives damaged, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items so we can assist you. Shipping protection or insurance may be available at checkout for additional peace of mind.
Address Accuracy:
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
We cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed. If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
Local Pickup:
Local pickup is available in Tamarindo by appointment.
You will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
